Section on ground-based remote sensing and meteorological satellites

The section on ground-based remote sensing and meteorological satellites focuses on the design and deployment of novel remote sensing instrumentation as well as the interpretation of multi-perspective remote sensing data for better understanding the climate system. Our activities encompass studies of the land surface, atmospheric composition including greenhouse gases, as well as atmospheric aerosols and clouds. More details are found on the respective group web pages.
