I am a PhD student in the working group “Remote sensing of water isotopologues” and work as part of the DFG-project MOTIV. It aims at a further understanding of atmospheric processes in the hydrological cycle by investigating pair distributions of stable water isotopologues. My contributions are being made towards process and transport studies for the West African Monsoon region, by combining space-based remote sensing data (MetOp/IASI, retrieved by the MUSICA retrieval processor) and model simulations (ICON-ART-Iso, based on ICON and ICON-ART).
