ESA Ozone CCI (REKLIM)

The Ozone_cci project is part of the ESA program for the Global monitoring of important climate variables (ECV), better known as theClimate Change Initiative (CCI), which was initiated in 2010.

The CCI program aims to contribute to the databases with the collection of important climate variables (ECVs) that are being developed by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. (UNFCCC) and the International Panel on Climate Change.

In particular, the Ozone_cci:

  • the needs The climate research community with respect to ozone data. analyze.
  • Satellite measurements of ozone to use the Climate Research Community adapt.
  • Ozone data within the ESA Earth Observation Archive and also from Third Party Missions (TPM). (TPM data from instruments of institutions other than ESA).
